Relaxing location in Zakynthos

Resort is very peaceful with very friendly staff. Since it's a small resort, the staff tend to interact with the guests, which is quite nice and different to when you go to a large resort. A special mention to the lady in the dining room, and the guy who does the live cooking. also the pool attendant. All lovely people! Room was comfortable and pool was always quiet. The early morning sunrise from the resort is amazing! Food is great with a nice variety. Definitely would recommend a car, as its quite a remote area.

Shower is not the best. It is small and with a shower curtain. Shower head could be a lot better. Also air conditioners need to be cleaned regularly due to bacteria

Perfect for a calm, relaxed, and peaceful holiday.

The food was delicious and the best we’ve had at A/I . It was better than most restaurants. The hotel was relaxed and calming, just what we needed.

The mosquitoes seemed to be more abundant than on the coast. We had quite a few bites.

Nice view from the hotel area-up on the hill, room was cleaned every day, every day was cooked something different and some special meal like fresh sea food, fish, meat. We had very nice evening program almost every night- singer, band, greek dancers…

Value for money and location absolutely fantastic, facilities and food excellent on the whole

The location is a perfect retreat for couples who want a peaceful and relaxing break. The resort is immaculately kept with beautiful gardens and a fantastic pool. No need to get into the nonsense of reserving sunbeds, plenty enough for the 70 rooms and guests even when full. All inclusive is what you would expect with local spirits, wine and beer. Plenty of variety in dining and quality excellent apart from maybe one morning when they did not replenish quickly. Entertainment surprisingly good for a small resort. Lovely view and a nice touch of two 'viewing' decks where you can sit in private and enjoy the view. Free and regular shuttle service to the beach.

2 single beds pushed together and mattresses pretty hard. No conducive to couples who like to 'share' their sleeping space with each other. Shower large but soaked the floor with a curtain that liked to get involved! Staff lovely on the whole but sometimes blurred lines. Often seen smoking, eating and drinking in the guest areas. No possibility to extend room occupation for our late flight, no room available to take a shower or shower facilities. Poolside showers did not work to forced to wash and change in guest toilets.

Relaxing, I really enjoyed myself

Food was all lovely, not loads of options so it was not overwhelming. Staff were exceptionally lovely and accommodating :) Bed was very comfy and big, really good sleep Pool and atmosphere was also nice, relaxed The band entertainment were amazing!!!

Some ants in the bathroom Birds nest above the door left lots of poo everywhere which attracted more ants Fire and glass entertainment went on for slightly too long

Great value break if you want peace and quiet away from the madness of a commercial centre resort.

Plenty of space around pool and restaurant. Ocean View room was large.

Shower cubicle is 800x800mm with a shower curtain. Self service beer was flat for the full two week duration. Entertainment was almost non existent, but understandable give the low occupancy number in off season.

Good for few days

The resort was secluded on the hill, so it was nice and quiet. There was no village/town around so if you would like to go somewhere you need to have a car or other transport. It offers an all inclusive food and drinks, the wine was very good, food as well. From the outside it seems very modern with the solar panels on the roofs, inside is a mix of modern and old furniture. My room was directed to north so no sun at all which in September meant a bit of cold in the room. The room was clean and well equiped, some pieces of furniture were new, some were old. The bathroom had a nice new tiles, but the shower was very old and it looked and felt that way. I stayed only few days so it was ok, but I would not want to stay longer.

The shower was tiny and was very old and rusty. It was also very dark as there was no light nearby. I asked to have my bathroom light at the ceiling fixed, but it did not happen. So only light that worked was the one above the mirror.

A bit far from the beach, nothing to do or see around the hotel, if you don’t have a car its impossible to do or see anything, there is no public transportation or taxis nearby, if you do have a car then I’ll recommend to stay here as it is nice and remote part of the island Poor or none entertaining in the evenings They have only one local type of beer which is not that nice , same for other alcoholic drinks I’ve requested one double bed/mattress months in advance and they gived us two singles beds/mattresses, I’ve complained about it but nothing was done ( and they do have double mattress) The pool bar was closed most of the days Electricity shuts down some times

All meals were very good, pool is clean and good, teritory is well organized.

We requested double bed but it was not given, rooms could be more clean (there was spider is the room), spa service was bad. Transportation was problem - in weekend there is no bus from Zante city to Keri.

Quiet hotel on top of the mountain

The food was ok. The all inclusive aspect was nice after a day of excursions, but only a few items (especially grilled items) were great. The staff was very nice and hardworking. The pool was lovely.

There were a lot of drain flies in our room throughout. And the bed was very hard.

Wonderful

The location of the hotel is perfect. Far away from all cities. Quiet and peaceful. Near to the pool there is amazing view on a bay. Food is very good. The staff is very helpful and nice. All of our requests were answered (broken fridge was replaced, we had to go to the pharmacy and they organized transport). For us it was perfect.

The only weak point is lunch package. We skipped few breakfast because of additional trips so we ordered lunch packages. All we got was one green apple, one bottle of water and one dry sandwich per person.
